Spicy Yogurt Pimento Cheese Dip

This creamy, cheesey, zesty dip made with greek yogurt, has that addictively hot must-go-back-for-another vibe of Hot Cheetos.

A base of greek yogurt keeps this dip, filling and high protein, while just a tablespoon of mayo gives it that rich and craveable flavor.

6 oz of plain thick yogurt (I like siggi 0% plain, but fage is also great)
1 tbsp mayo
1 oz sharp cheddar
1-2 tsp calabrian chili paste or other hot chili paste in oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pimenton (hot smoked paprika)
1/2 cup jarred sweet peppers (peppadew, red drops, pimentos…)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Chop your sweet peppers into a large dice, or in half if you are using the really tiny red drop style peppers. Grate your cheddar cheese extremely finely , using a microplane.

Choose your spice level by adjusting the amount of Calabrian chili paste.

Combine all the ingredients and stir to combine. It is just that easy.

Serve with sliced bell peppers. Eat 1 or 25.

It’s pretty spicy.
